1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging our app development services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.

2. Services Provided

Saifuddin Indorewala / Al Mufaddal Computers provides the following technology services:

• Custom mobile app development for Android and iOS using Flutter
• Web application and dashboard development using React.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL
• Business automation tools and system integrations
• Telegram and WhatsApp bot development
• Technical consultation and project scoping

The specific scope, timeline and deliverables for each project are agreed upon in a separate project agreement or quotation document prior to commencement of work.

3. Free Consultations and Quotations

We offer a free initial WhatsApp consultation and a free Zoom call to discuss your project requirements. These are provided at no obligation. A detailed written quotation will be provided within 2–3 working days of the discovery call.

A free consultation does not constitute a commitment to proceed with a project, nor does it create any contractual obligation on either party until a formal project agreement is signed or a deposit is received.

4. Project Agreements

Each development project is governed by a separate project agreement that specifies:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment schedule and total cost
• Revision and change request process
• Ownership and intellectual property terms
• Support and maintenance terms post-delivery

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment structure applies:

• Deposit: A percentage of the total project cost is required before work begins (typically 30–50% as agreed in the project quotation)
• Milestone payments: Payments are tied to agreed project milestones
• Final payment: The remaining balance is due before final delivery of source code and deployment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI or other methods agreed upon at project commencement.

6. Revisions and Change Requests

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Requests for changes outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and quoted separately before implementation. We will always notify you before any out-of-scope work is undertaken.

7. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of:

• The complete source code of the application
• All design assets created specifically for the project
• Database schemas and structures built for the project

We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and on this website unless you specifically request confidentiality in writing.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, APIs and tools used in development remain subject to their own respective licences.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Respond to questions and review requests in a timely manner
• Provide necessary assets, content and access credentials when requested
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Notify us promptly of any changes to project requirements

9. Timelines and Delivery

Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by the following may affect delivery dates:

• Late provision of required assets, content or approvals from the client
• Significant changes to the agreed project scope
• Third-party service outages or delays outside our control
• Force majeure events

We will communicate proactively about any delays and work to minimise their impact.

10. Warranties and Liability

We warrant that:

• All work will be performed with reasonable skill and care
• The deliverables will function as described in the agreed specification
• We have the right to provide the services described

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business processes and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law. We may request that you sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination
• We will deliver all completed work and code up to that point
• Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to commence work

13. Use of This Website

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Copy, reproduce or distribute content from this website without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the website or its infrastructure
• Submit false or misleading information through contact forms

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of this website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
